Adina Niemerow 

Holistic Nutritionist, Chef, Food Coach

Adina Niemerow's holistic approach is the foundational pillar of her practice. Her methodologies are rooted in Asian traditions in modern nutrition, Functional Nutrition, and Intuition Medicine. 

Prior to releasing her celebrated book Super Cleanse, she graduated from the Natural Gourmet Culinary school and completed her internship at Michelin Star restaurant, The French Laundry. She’s studied in acclaimed institutions focusing on Cleanse and Detox Diets, Longevity, and Ayurvedic Medicine. For over 20 years, Adina has been a Culinary Nutritionist to top Fortune 500 CEOs, NFL Athletes, Musicians, and Hollywood actors.

 

Adina graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute with a culinary focus on Food as Medicine. She received her Holistic Coaching Certification from the Heartwood Institute with renowned Chinese nutritionist Paul Pitchford and trained as a Functional Nutrition Coach under Doctor Andrea Nakayama. Adina has a B.A. in Communications from Arizona State University, a Master's Certificate in Intuition Medicine from the Academy of Intuition Medicine, and a Plant-Based Nutrition Certification from the Center of Nutrition Studies at Cornell University.
