Adina Niemerow
Author, Plant forward Chef, Holistic Nutrition Coach
Adina Niemerow’s plant-forward work is rooted in her early studies in Asian traditions in modern nutrition at the Heartwood Institute where she built a foundation for her current practice with guidance from renowned Chinese nutritionist Paul Pitchford. She went on to graduate from the Natural Gourmet Institute, a Plant-Forward culinary curriculum focused on Food as Medicine, founded by Pioneer Annemarie Colbin, PhD.
Prior to releasing her celebrated book ‘Super Cleanse’ Adina completed her internship at Michelin Star restaurant, French Laundry, while continuing her studies in detox diets, vegan raw living foods, Ayurvedic medicine and Functional Nutrition. Additionally, she was executive chef at wellness and meditation centers serving Temple Food.
Adina has worked as a culinary nutritionist and health advisor to Fortune 500 CEOs, NFL athletes, influential leaders, and Hollywood stars. Currently, her work is centered on plant-based innovation and product development, where she’s driving global brands to offer healthier foods with more sustainable packaging for consumers around the world.
